Program Overview:
Aims to support outstanding students pursuing credit-based courses abroad (excluding Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau).
●Scholarship Eligibility:
Must hold Republic of China (Taiwan) citizenship and have household registration in Taiwan.
Be a currently enrolled student recommended by their school for a study program abroad lasting at least one semester (or quarter).
Meet the professional and language proficiency requirements set by the recommending school.
Each applicant is eligible for funding only once per educational level under this program, in accordance with the guidelines.
●Funding Amounts and Conditions:
The total funding and number of recipients are determined annually based on the Ministry of Education's Higher Education Sprout Project and Study Abroad Scholarship Program budget allocations (varies each year).
Funding Guidelines:For programs other than summer study, funding includes an economy-class round-trip airfare and partial living expenses.
