Application Qualifications and Process
1. Purpose
Our university has signed cooperative agreements with foreign universities to mutually recognize credits that meet the graduation requirements of both our university and the partner institution. After fulfilling these requirements, students are assisted in studying at the partner school to earn degrees from both institutions. This program enables students to benefit from language skills, academics, and cultural exchange, while obtaining degrees from both Kun-Yi University of Science and Technology and a prestigious foreign university, thereby enhancing their international competitiveness.
2. Program Introduction

3+1: Students study at Kun-Yi from the first to third year, then spend their fourth year at a foreign university. Earn two bachelor’s degrees in four years from both institutions.

3+2 (3+1+1): Students study at Kun-Yi from the first to third year, then spend their fourth year at a foreign university. After completing the undergraduate credits, they continue for one year of graduate study. Earn a bachelor’s degree from Kun-Yi and a master’s degree from the foreign university in five years.

4+1: Students study at Kun-Yi for four years and then complete one year of graduate coursework at a foreign university. Earn a bachelor’s degree from Kun-Yi and a master’s degree from the foreign university in five years.
3. Registration Dates and Program Duration

Registration Period: Please refer to the schedules for each partner university, available through the International Office.
