Job Responsibilities:

Process various documents for international students.

Handle residence permits and work visas for the 3+4 Overseas Chinese Students program.

Organize training courses to improve communication skills and cultural literacy (e.g., English regulations, administrative English training) to enhance the professional skills of dedicated staff, conducted according to the annual KPIs of the Higher Education Sprout Project.

Conduct knowledge and skill workshops on international affairs regulations (e.g., English regulations, administrative English training) to strengthen the capabilities of dedicated staff, in alignment with annual KPIs of the Higher Education Sprout Project.

Arrange courses and oversee visits for industry-academia collaboration international programs.

Serve as a mentor and provide campus life support for international students.

Maintain and manage the Office of International Affairs website.

Track employment matching for students in industry-academia collaboration international programs.
-
Organize activities, training, and forums for international students (including orientation, graduate forums, employment matching events, graduation activities, and holiday events).

Conduct midterm and final meetings each semester for Taiwanese and international mentors in international programs.
-
Consolidate follow-up data for international student graduates.
-
Monitor TA reimbursement status, including compiling required tutoring reports from each TA.

Promote workshops to enhance student employability.

Coordinate China exchange activities and file notifications within the national security system.

Consolidate data for secondary-level units.
-
Perform tasks assigned by supervisors.

Responsible countries: India, Myanmar (visits), Middle East and South Asia (Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh), Iran, Turkey.
