Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle application and closure reports for the New Southbound Industry-Academia Collaboration International Program and international student programs (general programs).

2. Manage funding applications, budget control, and reimbursement for Ministry of Education subsidies for the New Southbound Industry-Academia Collaboration International Program.

3. Process scholarship disbursements and tuition fee waivers for the New Southbound Industry-Academia Collaboration International Program.

4. Submit monthly project work reports and budget execution rates to the university-level project office for management review meetings (Note: low execution rates will require explanations).

5. Perform tasks assigned by supervisors.

6. Responsible countries (primary): Malaysian associations and overseas affairs, Hong Kong, Macau.
