Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Ministry of Education's "Learning Abroad Initiative" program

2. Oversee the Ministry of Education's "Dream-Building Initiative" program

3. Coordinate Taiwan-Germany Alliance initiatives

4. Handle study abroad and scholarship matters for university students (part of the Higher Education Sprout Project)

5. Manage funding support for faculty attending international conferences and overseas travel

6. Lead the Indonesia 2+i program

7. Coordinate with the International Cooperation and Development Fund (ICDF) on membership renewal and correspondence, as well as matters related to the Taiwan-Vietnam Association

8. Oversee activities related to the Taiwan National University System International Task Force

9. Implement offshore digital learning programs

10. Engage with the Indonesia Alumni Association

11. Process general official documents and paperwork

12. Handle tasks assigned by the supervisor

13. Compile data for secondary units

14. Responsible countries: Indonesia, Western Europe, Eastern Europe
