Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead admissions for Vietnam-specific programs (4-year and 2-year technical programs)

2. Coordinate the International Program Admissions Committee

3. Manage admissions for the International Extension Division

4. Complete documentation and forms for New Southbound special programs

5. Oversee the Vietnam 3+1+1 program

6. Handle Vietnam-related MOU/MOA agreements

7. Organize and provide translation and support for visits and exchanges from Vietnam

8. Serve as the main advisor for Vietnamese students, assisting with in-depth Vietnamese communication, including legal mediation matters

9. Engage with the Vietnam Alumni Association

10. Handle tasks assigned by the supervisor

11. Responsible countries: Vietnam, Cambodia (support), Laos (support)
